While we are anxiously awaiting the long-anticipated date for the next EuroMillions Superdraw, our favourite European lottery seems to be adamant about not letting its jackpot grow to an amount that would jeopardize such an event. Superdraws are well-known for their enormous €100 million starting jackpots, and there have been occasions in the past on which Superdraws have been canceled due to the fact that the regular EuroMillions jackpot rose to an amount of €100 million or higher all by itself. With a current jackpot amount of €31 million, available in the next draw on March 8, we don’t have to worry about the jackpot reaching such heights. But, we also don’t have a Superdraw date yet…
What we do have is a €50 million top prize in the other European lottery, EuroJackpot! Our advice for this week would definitely be to get your lottery tickets online for the EuroJackpot lotto on Friday 11 March!
You can’t go wrong with European lotteries
What a luxury for fans of European lotteries! In the rare case the EuroMillions lottery does not deliver the jackpots you fancy, you can always try your luck in that other pan-European lottery: EuroJackpot! The EuroJackpot lotto is the youngest European lottery, but already made it to the top of the European lotteries. Last year, the €90 million maximum jackpot amount was reached for the first time (and pocketed by a player from the Czech Republic). The EuroJackpot didn’t break any records yet in 2016, but the current €50 million jackpot is a real treat, and currently the second biggest jackpot in Europa, right behind the Italian SuperEnalotto top prize. It really is a shame that the EuroJackpot lotto offers just one draw per week, because the jackpot is making nice progress – with a €10 million jump after the next rollover! Unfortunately, we do not have the power to add another EuroJackpot draw – we can just make you aware of a fantastic jackpot like the current EuroJackpot one. Don’t say we didn’t tell you!
Play with a group and increase your odds
We mentioned the lottery syndicate option in the past, more than once. A group of players is able to buy a large amount of tickets and increase the winning odds of all participants significantly. Currently, you have the option to be part of a 150 lines EuroMillions syndicate and play for the current €31 million EuroMillions jackpot. But, you can also participate in a EuroJackpot Syndicate of 100 lines, raising your odds of winning a share of EuroJackpot’s €50 million top prize to a hundredfold of the odds you’d have with an individual ticket! Choose your favourite way to play your favourite lottery and make sure to buy your preferred tickets in time. We wish you the best of luck!
